HSE in Surgery

Dr. Luis Gaviria works with a stressed elder patient, who hasn’t been able to walk for five years. In minutes they get a connection, and gets ready for surgery. Dr. Carlos Mario Gonzales is the surgeon and Dr. Gustavo Cala is the anesthesiologist. We are grateful to that wonderful team of nurses at Soma Clinics in Medellin, Colombia. Some comments are made regarding HSE: Health, Safety & Environment, as they apply to a surgery room and procedures. Inspiring and educational.
Dr. Gaviria is the director at the Neuroscience & Coaching Institute and has been an advocate in the use of neurocoaching (neuroscience based coaching) to facilitate patient treatment and recovery. The same principals serve healthy individuals in getting their game to the next level.
